About these terms

These terms govern your use of the My Virtual Professionals website at myvirtualprofessionalists.com and any free templates or content you download from it. They are separate from the engagement letter that governs paid services — that contract takes precedence when you become a client.

Use of the site

You may browse, share, and link to the site. You may not scrape, mass-download, or attempt to disrupt site operations. The site is provided "as is" without warranty.

Free templates + content

Templates and free content are provided for your own business use. You can modify, share with your team, and adapt them. You may not resell or rebrand them for resale.

Lead enquiries + consultations

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract for services. We will respond within 24 hours to discuss whether MVP is a good fit. If we agree to engage, the relationship will be governed by a separate engagement letter signed by both sides.

Pricing displayed on the site

Starting prices shown on the boardroom and specialist pages are indicative. Final pricing is set in the engagement letter based on your scope. Geo-detected pricing reflects regional medians and may be updated periodically.

Intellectual property

The MVP brand, copy, and original site content are owned by My Virtual Professionals (Pty) Ltd. The free templates carry their own usage terms (above). Third-party logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MVP is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the site or the free templates. For paid services, liability is governed by the engagement letter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. For international clients, jurisdiction-specific terms in the engagement letter take precedence.
